Overcharged and terrible service

I was querying the charges on my account, which was 3 times the normal amount. First call logged on 29 October 2016 after which call centre agent would have sent me detailed billing to inspect and see where I was overcharge. Followed-up on 4 November 2016 with a useless call centre agents. Thus far no clear answer has been given, except that I made calls and used data. I still haven't received the detail of my bill and the debit order already went of my account. The billing period for middle September to middle October was the period that the overbilling occured. Before this month my bill was just below R700 each month. This period all of a sudden was R1800.

Further to the above, I have been in contact with the call contre again with absolutely no relevant assistance. At least I got the call centre agent to log a call for me to obtain my url report. For which I have not received my sms confirmation and reference number to state that the request has been logged. This report will take 21 working days to be sent to me. In this day and age of data and the importance customer data, how is it possible for a telco to take so long to provide data that should right at their finger tips.
Per the call centre agent my data charges were so high as I was depleting data at out of bundle rates and at a high volume. The one example that was provided to me was on 4 Nov where data charges were R185 although I was on my emplyers wifi network for most of the day. How does this happen? Also, the call centre agent had no clue of the explanantion she was giving to me. Time to work on your scripts or ups**** your call centre agents MTN.
I always heard of bad service, but never thought it would be this bad.
No I am stuck with a bill triple my monthly account and MTN is not making any effort to sort it out. Probably because they have so many queries regarding incorrect data at the moment.
