Overcharged and no refund recieved!

I upgraded September 2020 and recieved the wrong phone, I returned the phone the same day. A month after returning this phone I still got debited R541 and it’s now 2months later I still have not recieved a refund. Aside from that I did my upgrade and stays on the Mtn XS plan I check my app to see why my account was not debited I got billed R9283!!!! For migration fee!! My contract costs R900 per months without insurance this is crazy!!! I did not migrate! I stayed in the same plan with a different handset!! I am self employed and because I didn’t pay my contract my line will be suspended I have called in multiple times and nobody has assisted me!! I was promised a manager will call me back and nothing Has happened I call every single day Mtn is the worst network I have ever dealt with Horrible customer service The line gets cut eberytime I call into the call Centre Somebody needs to call me!!!
