Overcharged and lack of service

<p>I upgraded in June 2016 to the MTN mychoice 100 package which gave me 500 mb data free for the S7 edge. The price of the package was R669. I have been charged over R800 every month since the. I called on the 29 June to query the price difference and they said I am being charged for the 500mb. I told them to check page 12 of the June magazine which they did and agreed that the price was R669 inclusive of 500mb of data. They said they would escalate this and it would be rectified in August. I am still being charged R825 and now they telling me its because I upgraded early in June. The deal in June was for R669 please check my package, when I signed up and what the promotion was when I signed up. I want my money back I've spent so far and and I dont just want an I'm sorry I want to be compensated for this and the lack of knowledge at call centre level. I have still not been credited for charges when my debit order was not cancelled earlier this year even though there is a not saying a called to cancel the debit order. Evrerytime you promise to email me confirmation and this does not happen</p>
