Overcharged again!
I was incorrectly billed again!!!!!! What is wrong with your systems that this keeps happening??!!! Please fix this now!

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Kindly be advised that the billing for the invoice dated 2015-06-13 is correct. The contract pricing were revised and became effective from the 13th of May 2015, applicable to both existing and new contract subscribers. MTN reserves the right to review and update contract pricing as per MTN's subscriber contract. All affected subscribers were notified via sms of the changes on the 15th of April 2015.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
