Overcharged

Hi, i am so disgusted with MTN, this morning i got up to find my line suspended. I called them to find out why, there reason, is because i short paid. I was over charged and that was the reason i short paid. I called then the day after i received my bill to rectify this matter on 2 Nov 2020. It's not my fault that it was not rectified but now i was suffer with my line been blocked. In my 19 years with MTN i never was late with my payment. There staff is so ***********. I trust someone senior will read this message and respond. Thanks
