overcharged
MtN overcharged me on data bundle that I didn't accept , 14/12/2015 I phoned MtN enquiring about the data that I received I spoke to Johan De Kock who confirm that I won't be charged she verbilised that I won't be charged since MtN does not know where the data was loaded from reference no *** which I given after I made an enquiries,to my greatest surprise January I was charged for the same data I phoned they said the will reimburse I spoke to Moshodi Mokgobu *** unfortunately mtn did keep thier promise I phoned again spoke to Portia Maimane *** also promise the above up until yesteday where I was told u must pay I asked why they said I accepted the data which I don't remember myself accepting is this fair for being charged for something I don't know if please help
