overcharged
In October mtn charged me over R1000 instead of R400 and this is a problem as I have it blocked as top up only. I then tried to get it fixed and they were telling me it's not my fault and they can't help me.

Kindly be advised that the usage limit has only been set up on the account 4-11-2015. Before the usage limit has been set up the account was on open package. The account has been billed for data charges after the 500MB has been used up.
We do pick up that the request has been sent to the billing department to validate the charges as per the billing department the charges are valid. \charges are correct and valid as sub used 4388.30MB.\"
