On the 11th May 2017 I paid my account cash ( A ********** ) as I defaulted on a debit order on the 25th April 2017, the amount paid was R640.80. I received an sms cofirming that MTN had received my cash payment. On the 16 th May 2017 MTN debited my account and the debit order was returned due to insufficient funds. I incurred penalties at my bank because of this and on top of that MTN added R11.40 of which I am not willing to pay as I paid my account and did not ask you to debit on the 16th. This R11.80 was removed from my statement last month after I complained on Hello Peter and now they have just brought it forward to this month, can MTN please remove this R11.80 as I did not say they received payment on the 11th.

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN.
Kindly be advised that R11.40 is for the returned debit order in may when making the next payment you should pay R 629.40 for the account to be up to date.
warm regards
mike

Best regards,
Hi I was already charged R640 for the returned debit, I had paid this on the 11th May, MTN was not supposed to debit my account on the 16th no one gave you permission and I had already paid the outstanding amount. If I was supposed to pay this R11.40 why when I complained about it last month was it removed?
