OVERCHARGED
Last month MTN double charged me on my account and I called the service centre 3 times, their first excuse was that I exceeded my call limits and I asked them how is that possible since my sim and contact numbers was terminated they said they will investigate and they keep giving me reference numbers but they don't solve the matter and refund me back. Today they did the same and still overcharged me and I still haven't had a reply from them.

Please take note that the line is on an open package 100 minutes and 100MB with the package. No usage limit has been set up. The line has been suspended from 19-7-2015. The account has been charged extra for calls after the minutes has been used up.
We have set up the usage limit to R0.00 for the account not to be billed after the min and data has been used up you can then load data and airtime on the SIM card. We have opened the line for you.
