Overcharged
I signed a 24 month contract with the above mentioned company almost 2 years ago, which will end on the 20th of August 2015. In April this year they offered to give me a free phone which they delivered it but I returned it. In May this year they tried to deduct the sum of R1 095 apart from R135. 00 monthly instalments. They also tried to deduct it in June and again they could find it. <br> <br> I tried to call them and when I get through they keep me waiting on line until I hang up the phone.<br> I am also aware of the hidden cost without my knowledge. They used to load me R150 of airtime(it was splitted amongst 2 cellphonesd R100 + R50)plus 50MB and 25 sms's but now they only load me R100(R50 + R50) airtime<br> All I need to know to know is: what is the R1 095 for? <br> Thank you Peter
