overcharged
My account for this month has been charged at R4400! This is impossible as I have 2 contracts at R500 each. I get a bundle each month with a top up option. Please see to this and credit my account.

Please note that the amount debited is for the data charges on your data line for the invoice dated 2015-04-20. The charges were incurred on your 2GB package, this is an open line which means that once the provisioned 2GB is depleted you will be charged out of bundle rates.
