Overcharged

Dear MTN how do you get it right to have your customer wait on a call, that's not a free calls from an MTN number, and then "conveniently" the call gets dropped when you are put through to a Supervisor. I have made 6 calls to your call centre with no resolution to the problem I have with the contract. Your call centre agents sell something to a customer and misrepresent your product and the customer is the one that needs to pay for their mistake? That's utterly pathetic and ridiculous to say the least.

Trying to get a hold of the right people so that an investigation can be started is more difficult than booking a ticket for a ride to the moon....... tried your website to no avail.

Seriously disappointed and outraged at this and will definitely not be upgrading with you ever again. For once I can say that a telecommunications company is worse than Vodacom.

I want to have the call pulled of the 7th Feb. 2016 when my contrace started. I know I asked for a limit of R1 but MTN says no history of limit and because of this I have been overcharged. I will reverse the payment that wentry through on my account with a smile on my face if needed. I want a response from MTN!!!!!!!!!

Good day Brian,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of this and assure you that it is not our intention to displease you.

Please be advised as per feedback on your request: ***
you are on a Broadband 1GB which is an open contract, not a top-up. charges are valid and correct as you used a total of 2.176GB.

Should you require a URL report and itemized invoice please advise.

NB: Itemized billing will be charged at R21.50 Per month.

Regards
Charelle Brockman

Hi Charelle as I have heard this reply before I have requested, on numerous occasions, for the call that was made to me on the 7/02/2016 when this contract was renewed to be pulled. I can remember asking the agent to put a limit of R1 on it and he confirmed that he did. Further more why if there is apparently "no limit" on the contract how can Mtn then send me a sms on the 29.11.2017 saying that "I have exceeded my limit of R319 and my services have been suspended"
