Overcharged

Mtn is the worst service provider not even a manager can solve my query I am really disappointed as I have had more than 5 contracts with mtn, for the past 3 months I have been send from pillar to post, talking to different managers and team leaders but no solution or explanation of why I am billed a different amount to the one on the contract, my contract has an amount I am suppose to pay but Mtn debits the one they want with no explanation. If you want peace don't go to mtn for a contract. I spoke to Martin and Francois at mall of Africa they didnt even bother to call me back to give me feedback yet they call themselves managers. I am tired of MTN just wish I can cancel my contract with them.
