Overcharge on contract and no help from store

I took a mtn contract and signed it for R169 per month, yet I was charged R269 , went to the store MTN Lakeside mall multiple times and every time had promises made that it will be fixed, same answer when I followed up, No help from store, logged it on mtn customer care line as well and still no help. mtn owes me alot of money come on
