Overcharge - no response
I was unemployed for about a year and a half and could not service the payments on my MTN contract. MTN handed me over to MBD for R18 415.16 but the last total outstanding amount for full and final payment with MTN directly prior to handover was +- R7 800 . Now MTN totally refuses to give me a breakdown of how +- R7 800 became R18 415.16.

Thank you for the feedback but that does not address my question.
Firstly, how did a capital amount outstanding of R 4518.76 on the 2nd of April 2015 grow to R 7878.02 on the 15th of July of the same year? That surely cannot be attributed to interest alone? In the mail herewith and previous emails it was stated that the hand over amount was R 18415.16. Please explain how R 4518.76 mentioned in the email dated 2 April 2015 (attached hereto) as being handed over to MBD escalated to R 7878.92 in 3 and a half months and then into R 18415.16 now??
