Overcharge

I recently got a contract with MTN and I have been overcharged twice. In the first incident they didn’t explain all the expenses required to open the router contract. When I queried it they said they are doing investigations the last mail I got was on the 12th of November 2025 stating they are looking into it.

The second issue I have is with a debit order mendate. The debit Oder didn't pull in the morning on the 4th of December 2025 I then went to the store to make a payment so I can avoid being overcharged. After a made a payment the debit order went through. Meaning I paid them twice.

This morning I went back to their MTN Store so they can refund me since I paid and debit pulled in my account. The consultant said they won’t be able to do it.

He also mentioned that my account is not set up correctly, the consultant who did the account for me did a month to month package and a 24 months package.
