OVERCHARGE
My contract moved from Nashua Mobile to MTN in Oct 2014 (due to Nashua Mobile closing) I was paying an average of R500 with Nashua. Ever since the move I am NOW paying an average of R1000. I do not understand how and why I am been charged double the rate. I have asked MTN to explain this in Feb 2015 and the only response I get is that they are looking into it as the change-over from Nashua to MTN was not done properly! I have my MTN number and contract for 17 years (please check your records). IS this how you treat loyal customers<br> <br> I need this matter resolved urgently MTN!!
