Overcharge

I referred my colleague for the router subscription which she subscribed and paid, after delivery she couldn’t connect due to active and RICA. She kept calling MTN to try and finally she ent to MTN Groblersdal on Monday and she was told to pay over R500 for her data to be loaded. How could this be when no one I referred paid that amount? Fix her account and load her data tuuu
