Overcharge
Dear MTN, <br> <br> I paid R6000 in October 2014 on my cellphone bill. End of Jan 2015 my bill was R1900. Please note that I signed up for a contract of R560. No one is able to explain why these bills are this high. I have now converted my cellphone to prepaid and I purchased a 500mb bundle. I was able to do way more this month then in the months I was on contract. Please provide a valid explanation ASAP. You cannot just send me a list of websites I visited and expect me to accept a bill of R6000, how ridiculous is that. On the list I am charged R88 per 2min.. That is what a 500mb bundle costs??? People please beware if you have an open line, they will charge you for things and you will just have to pay the bill.

5416.40MB - 200MB ( monthly data provisioning ) = 5216.40MB (additional usage)
5216.40MB x R0.88 (out of bundle rate excl vat )
R4590.43 ( excl vat )
Total bill: R5233.09 ( incl vat)
The call data records reflects all websites visited to verify that the SIM card was used and that there are no duplicate entries.
