Overcharge

Is there anyone in MTN actually working - clearly not, Debit orders are taken out from my account and my account is still on hold. Pay again and they still put your account on hold. An account over 20 yrs that never once had an issue - for them to just put my account on hold., and then not to take calls to sorted. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and after 30minutes - call cuts.. Called the MTN store - they said not to come in they cant help. REALLY? so can help?
