overcharcharge and cut off
I've been with nashua for years. Mtn took 2 contracts over december. Suddenly my account is higher and I get double charged for data, lines, smses that I do not receive. Then they started taking ridiculess amounts out my bank account. I had to block them. Been in and out the mtn shop every month to get it sorted and ask for refund on extra charges. they promise but don't do it. Now suspended my lines. I am pulling my hair out. Never had such bad survice anywhere ever!!! If they suspendid my lines does this mean I don't have to pay them anymore? They owe me money. Call centre 808 is no help. Get through and put on hold. Then drop my call. Hours waisted day after day. I just want it sorted out. Can you help me please? I don't know what else to do.<br>
