Overbillled and no response to my queries

So according to MTN I raked a bill of R1388. It is not the first time I am overcharged for what I don't know. I exceeded my limit by less than 50m for the month in question. I was aware I was out of data so I switched it my mobile data, and the phone would alert me what I have used so I have a pretty good idea what I used.<br> <br> To my surprise MTN debits me with R1388 ( my monthly account is about R450 if I don't exceed). I immediately called MTN and was helped by a lady who seemed to not even care. I asked for 2 things, break down of how I got to R1388 and a quotation of early termination because I have had it with MTN. 3 days later I didn't have what I requested for. I call again and I'm assisted by one Lesego who tells me my request for quotation was not even done! She however emails me a breakdown of the charges, which I didn't understand and then emailed her back to call me and explain. She did not. She had assured me MTN will call me to explain everything but no one has called pup to today. So I am simply going to reverse the transaction from my account, that will surely get their attention. <br> <br> I am dialling my bank now, and blocking their debit orders. Then leave them for good
