OVERbilling

Don't be fooled by any promises MTN makes!!! Once again I'm having an issue with OVERbiling. A representative called me & wanted me to upgrade to a higher package. I rep**** that I'm a pesioner & want to rather downgrade, R50 less. I requested a new lower package for my 3G, & the online consultant agreed to process it & confirmed it at R50 cheaper and what did they do? They've increased it by R50, so in essence I'm paying R100 more than I wanted to. I have sent email after email after email & still no result. One passes it to the next, then to Account & now it stops. I've had OVERCHARGING on my mobile account previously & it took months to correct it.
