Overbilling by MTN
lease can you assist me with my contract billing for number ***. Last months (May 2015) bill for my phone was R1,855 which apparently was because I used up my data and I was charged out of bundle rates (at the Century City MTN store), which made no sense because I usually buy extra data from bank. Now I just checked my outstanding bill for June and it is at R1,590 which is utterly ridiculous. I need someone to sort out my billing issue very soon or I'm inclined to cancel my contract and have nothing to do with MTN.

Thank you for your post.
We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
The June invoice is R594.00. There are no data charges.
The outstanding balance of R1590.60 was an invoice for May and June combined.
Your next payment will only be R594.00 on 1/08/2015.
