Overbilling aftre cancelled the contract
I cancelled my contract on the 18/08/2015 n number was converted to prepaid and i was told i will not get airtime on the 20/08 if i do they will take it back and i wont pay for it,i got airtime on the 21/08/2015 next day they took it but they want me to pay R889 for what?i will only pay for July R429 as i did not pay as for August i will not pay as i cancelled n i was quaranteed i wont pay and they took airtime and everything,you can listen to call recording and how will pay uneccesary bank charges?
