Overall bad service

I have been with MTN for as long as I can remember, I got retrenched in 2015 and couldn't afford to pay my account, it was handed over to and attorney who I made a payment arrangement with. When I call this year to see what Is my balance owing they advise they no longer have to account and its gone back to MTN. I then call MTN who say its been handed over to another attorney, I then call the new attorney who tells me the file is with the old attorney who I call again and guess what they say it is with MTN and the new attorney. Now you are messing up my credit record further because of your incompetence I don't want he said she said I want solid answers!!! sort out my ****** account you guys are messing my ITC record and its not fair because you lack customer service I must suffer.
