Over the top unsatisfied MTN client

If you want a service provider that tells you that you have not paid when you have go right ahead and get one with MTN. For over 1 year they are not able too sort out my account after sending them proof of payments over and over again!!! I have called them numerous times trying to sort it out, I have emailed proof of payments atleast 5 times and being promised that is will be sorted out within 48 hours, well here I am 1 year and 2 months later and im being threated buy their legal department that they will close my account as i owe R7000!!! i have had it with these people and their bull**** promises!! My lawyer will be on speed dial very soon!
