Over promising and under delivering

I was called by a MTN consultant with the name Revin Hartnick. He convinced me to go on a month to month contract that will be cheaper than my current package i was on for the same amount of data and call minutes

The first thing i asked was will i be able to upgrade at anytime since its a month to month he promised me that i will be able to upgrade at any time.

I hve tried upgrading only to be told that my contract is only die to be upgraded in 2026. Not only did he lie but he made it a 36month contract

I have reached out to him a number of times and every Time he just promise that he is working on this to get it fixed

This is a unnecessary inconvenience as i need a new phone and now i hve to deal with this kond of ****

I have been a MTN customer for 15+ year, this is by far the most disgusting service i have received
