Over promise but never deliver....

MTN is the worst, when it comes to client experience. Even their complaints department is TERRIBLE, they over promise but NEVER DELIVER. Have u ever logged a complaint with also gets escalated then after that DEAD silence from MTN. ALL I FLIPPING WANT IS A LOUSY ITEMISED BILLING...
