Over priced internet that doesn't work

after speaker to several consultants for 3 days my internet is still down. they reset the network they said the mtn tower was down and a technician was out to repair it and we in day 3 and i have no internet connection. Which they **** because the mtn phones were working i called the call centre but i keep going around in circles. is there anyone at MTN that is interested in helping resolve the problem No one is getting back or even following up with me. I have the router just under one month and already having problems.
