Over more than Double debit for the 2nd time

I've been with mtn for 9 years and all of a sudden last month and this month they took double over double debits from me to the extent that I'm in overdraft as my contract is 229 a month they took 687 and they dont even reverse the amount that they stole out of my account. I'm at the point of getting legal advice as this is bridge of contract
