OVER DEBTING

I got 2 contract for R189 and received a contract stating that my contract was R189 for each phone, From the very 1st Debit they did they have been taking R 289 for each contract since September 2014 which was never in agreement i've called several times to rectify this when i'm not getting attitude the phone call is been cut or i'm been given email addresses that don't work or been referred to many people who are still saying nothing, asking me to Email them my CONTRACT OVER AND OVER, which i would think they have on record. I've even informed them that ill take this up with lawyer and they pretend to be help just long enough to end the call<br> I put this up as a last resort but also to prevent this from happening to the next person
