Over Chraging
<p>Hi Peter</p> <p>I have a problem with my MTN contract for months now, I took out a data contract from MTN in 2014. The subscription on the contract was for R259-00 per month. at first, it was all fine no problems. But then they start billing me extra Usage charges R219-31.</p> <p>I went to the MTN shop in Wonderboom Junction to find out what that charge was for. So they explain to me that I must have joined something on the internet not very sure of herself.</p> <p>They could not tell me what it was, so I asked them to please to stop that whatever it was. So everything was again back to the R259-00 per month. Then February 2016 they start billing me again extra.</p> <p>I know I did not join anything on the internet and I have a limit on my data contract, so Í can't go over.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need them to look into this and tell me what it is for, I need that charges reversed immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Johan</p> <p> </p>
