over charging and disgusting service

MTN Service is disgusting.

i have called them numerous times to complain about a 1 Gig 1 day bundle that keeps getting added every day, i did not buy the bundle and i did not approve any payment for a bundle.

this has been happening for almost a month now i have tried stopping the offending bundle. trie 135, 136, 155, i have no bundles to delete, reverse or stop. and i am still getting a 1gig 1 day bundle everyday i refuse to pay for this.

I also noticed that my payment failed laST MONTH I PAID THE AMOUNT MANUALLY AND AM NOW BEING TOLD I OWE YOU MONEY. I PAID 1008 AS PER MY INVOICE.

i have been with MTN for more than 20 yrs and am very disappointed in the disgusting service, that has just got worse and worse every year
