Over charging
<p>I took a contract ( ********** ) on 1 April 2015 - MTN Choice 500 for the total amount of R499.</p> <p>From the first month till now MTN keep on charging me R529.</p> <p>I visit the MTN store several times and no change in the charge amount or my payback of R30 x months from 1 April 2015.</p>

Kindly be advised that the contract pricing was revised effective from the 13th of May 2015 and it is applicable to both existing and new contract subscribers. MTN reserves the right to review and update contract pricing as per MTN's subscriber contract. All MTN contract customers were sent an sms advising them of the revised contract pricing.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
