OVER CHARGING
Hi, <br> A few weeks back I went into the store for a cancellation letter ( (which I had requested months ago)and to get my account changed. Tebogo said he had reversed my type of conract yet I got billed double this month. What the hell. MTN you guys have become so ridiculous with your service. I just want a pre cancellation letter so I can migrate my contract to another network. Immediately .
