Over Charging
I am on a Top Up contract with MTN and every month my bill is R69 per month, all of a sudden MTN took R145 this month, with out any notice or reason, I would like to know why you all of a sudden take R145 without informing me and I would like to be paid back the extra money that was taken from me for no reason.

Kindly be advised that the contract pricing was revised and became effective from the 13th of May 2015, applicable to both existing and new contract subscribers. MTN reserves the right to review and update contract pricing as per MTN's subscriber contract. All affected subscribers were notified via sms of the changes on the 15th of April 2015.According to our records your number is now on prepaid.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
