Over charging
I'm so sick of trying to get hold of customer care when ever I phone 808 I hold for ages just to find the call cutting. I don't onow whether someone just answers and put down again but it's never ever a pleasure when trying to sort your stuff out whith them. I asked them to put a block on my phone which I don't know if it has been done cAuse my bill is all of a sudden R 1500 and I did not even go over my limit???

On the ***, you were charged the package subscription fee additional packet switch data calls R463.62, amounting to R627.53.
