Over charged without Assistence
I took a contact for R199 and the got billed R300 for 3 months straight, i called MTN and they requested Contract which MTN Sandton has been promising to send to me, i went there 5 times and they still haven't send my contract and i'm still being overcharged.
I got SMS from MTN stating my query has been resolved which they claim the message meant they need more information, that doesn't make sense at all, i regret ever taking contract with MTN and i would never advice anyone to go there ever.

Please be advised your package is correctly captured. The discounts was allocated to the account.
Your contract signed reflect R300.00 and not R199.00
You need to go back to the store for further assistance with the complaint, head office go according to the contract signed.
If the store made the mistake with the capturing they need to provide this on the store company letterhead with store manager signature confirmed that they made the mistake with the capturing.
They need to assist on the letterhead the correct deals code for this to be rectify. They can log the request with the Support team for assistance.
