Over Charged, Triple billed and threatened with debt review.

Ever since my upgrade in Nov 2022 I am being triple-billed on zero-rated numbers and over charged on the 2 contracts. Nobody seems to be accountable to resolve it. This is beyond frustrating with the salesperson, contact centre and finance dept involved. I am begging for feedback every day with nothing being done and blame being shifted. I am close to cancelling all my contracts after 10+ years with MTN. The next email will be sent to Ralph. Please urgently resolve as it is been 3 months.
