Over charged once again

Roughly a year ago I took out a data contract with MTN and had the same problem. I wasn't charged what the price in the book was, but more.

In April I took out another MTN contract through the Apple iStore in The Glen shopping centre. It was for an Apple iPhone 6S Plus 64Gb and the price of the contract according to the board next to the phone were to be R729. I selected the MTNChoice200M contract.

My question is - if I check on the internet, my Current Standard Services are R879.01 incl of VAT. What happened to the R729 incl of VAT that was advertised in the store??? According to me my standard services should be R729 incl of VAT.

Secondly, I have a 2Gb data option which according to your website should cost R260 exactly inclusive of VAT. Yet on my invoice there are two amounts excl VAT (R7.60 and R228.07) and when I add them up and work out VAT on them the amount for the 2GB comes to R268.66 incl of VAT. Now please explain to me what the additional R8.66 is for.

Can you please fix my contract to reflect the correct amounts. I do not appreciate being over charged - and this is now the second time this happens to me. Is this how MTN makes it's profit??

Or else please give me very good explanations as to why I am not charged as per the advertised price.

Thank you
