Over charged contract

Good day. I took a contract of data R179×2 from mtn however since this year from Feb they have been deducting R515 saying the other number activated recurring airtime. I think in a month I make 2to3 calls a day,when you visit their branch they refuse to help. The recurring airtime was canceled but am still been billed till this day.
