Over charged by 10X monthly premium

This is actually a very long story I'll try and keep short. Right. I upgraded from a uncapped \throttled at 2gb"3G 24month data contract about 18 months ago to an 9gb day and 9gb night owl contract. The previous contract was R199 and couldn't exceed that as is was \""uncapped\"" when I upgraded at Willowbridge the sales guy told me to take out this new contract and it's exactly the same (capped at R459pm) I'll get 18gb in total at R459pm. Therefore I will not be throttled before I reach my 18gb limit. <br> <br> The problem is that it's an open contract and I don't know where I stand when I check my usage"
