over charged and very bad service

i have a contract with MTN I took out last year from when started i have always had a problem of having to call them every month as my line gets suspended for no reason ,i speak to different agents every month and they always promise to have it fixed which never really happens I have actually made peace with this and know i need to call them on the 3rd of every month to have my line activated .As if that was not enough i recharged on the 19/01/2015 with 100 MB data which was depleted in like few hours again i just kept quite and recharged with R180.00 airtime yesterday which again dissapeared in like 2 hours ,called the call centre to enquire and was told to call them the following day as the system had not updated them yet and like a fool that i am i called them today at about 06:40 am and spoke to some rude lady, name was Nobantu ,she kept talking over me and was unfriendly .I asked if i could speak to somebody senior to which she said no ,i asked if she could send me an itemised billing to see how i could have used so much airtime in such a short period of time she said no to that too and said i must wait till the 01/02/2016 ,i feel t MTN is making us pay for the Nigerian fine

Hello mxs0304,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience experienced due to the unprofessional behaviour of our employee. It was thoughtful of you to inform us about the incidence promptly and brought it to our notice, which provides us with a chance to deal with this undesirable behaviour.

Kindly be advised that the airtime was depleted on internet connections. Please note that besides internet browsing and downloading, your handset can also generate charges via upgrading and automatic running of data applications. The URL report can only be done once the invoice has closed, after the 2nd of February 2016.

Please find below steps to check how your data was used:
Menu button
Then select Settings
Click on Data Usage
Your phone will then display a screen that will show the amount of data used for a specific period and a breakdown of where the data was used.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Regards,
Ayanda
