over charged and no service

On the 30 april took a contract with a free fone and upgraded a sim only for data and minutes. the sim was never loaded with any airtime or data dispite calling the store and call centre numerous times. it is now the 1st and i have been debited r2800+ for a contract that should have costed R1200. been calling the store since the 20th when i got the statement querying why the debit amount os more than double but the sim contract is not even on statemnt and no service was loaded. Bianca promised to call me back and quess what NO call at all and she just cuts the call when u try to call her. the manager says he will get Bianca to call and sort out Guess what still waiting for that call. this is utter madness quivk to get u to take a service but then offer non in return
