Over charged and deceived

I changed my contract in December 2020 to the data + airtime bundle for R49, this was according to the salesperson I spoke to. To my surprise, I'm being charged R99 on Feb 2021 just to be credited with R60 airtime. The lady **** to me, there is no way I want to pay R99 for R60 airtime, it does not make sense. I want this cancelled with immediate effect and give your sales department more training as some of them clearly don't know what they are doing.
