Over charged
When exactly is mtn planning on repaying me the money they admitted to overcharging me? My monthly account billing has been rectified yes, but I was still overcharged for months - I want this back. Firstly you failed to load my account correctly then overcharged me, then when I requested that somebody phone me to discuss, I was told that I needed to go to a branch to re explain the story because the complaints department is too lazy to pick up the phone. Fix it.
