Over charged

So it's been over two weeks now after I logged my query with MTN n I have been advised that I will receive feedback within 3-to-5 working days. 6days passes by & I contact them again and guess what they telling me....ur first caller wasn't logged at all, then surprisingly I asked the agent how cum cos I was given a ref number and she said she dnt knw, I asked to speak to a team leader, apparently he was busy I waited for 30min or so online and eventually danisa the contact center manager said he\ll investigate n get back yo me.<br> <br> Till today I'm still waiting for my feedback. The honest truth is MTN you have lost a client and I will never refer any of my family nor friends. 8 days ago I have tweeted MTN n they told me ur case is still open and under investigation and feedback will be provided to u. Since I'm getting no communication from MTN I decided to get hold of them but all they do is provide me with reference numbers and tells me that ur case is still under investigation?
