Over charged

Just tell me where is my airtime . I paid extra time that I owe and but more airtime , in the morning airime is gone ****** phone was off I even took Sim Card out , then i recharge with extra 19 rand again you took 10 rand what is going on ? your 083 135 number is stupid and not working i want my airtime asomblief tog
