over charge

I've have a contract with mtn for the past 8 years and sadly, I get nothing but **** from them. <br> <br> I noticed that recently, my airtime gets depleted at a very rapid rate. I'm on top-up 500 by the way. Now usually that would last me more than a month since I migrated from Anytime500 to Top Up 500 meaning I got about 632 mins/month on top up as oppose to R2.50/min on an open line - which I had. This morning when i phoned 808 the operator told me I'm being charged R1.95/min as per contract. I've never signed up for that ****. Somebody was supposed to get back to me, no one did as yet. By the way, I was never informed about any price increases. <br> <br> I'm not happy and if this bull **** isn't sorted and I'm not being refunded/credited by tomorrow I'm porting this ****ing number. This is preposterous and outrageous and i'm livid of all this **** of mtn. If it's not dropped calls and no services, you get ripped on your monthly bill. I spend almost R1500 a month with you... I expect better from MTN.<br> <br> GET BACK TO ME!!!!
